All of these specialty offerings have been curated and designed for small groups, and we’re happy to help guide them for you so your family, friends, and coworkers can enjoy a unique, fun, and restorative experience. Classes can be held in the Be. You Yoga Studio or in a space of your choice.

Be. Connected is for children ages 11 and up with parent or supportive adult. This age range embodies a desire to build autonomy, trying on new personas to find out who ‘we’ are, and establishing independence.
Be. Related is an offering for children ages 7-10 with a parent or supportive adult. This age range embodies a time for exploring social aspects of life and becoming a social being with peers and family members.
Be. Enriched is all about exploring our world, curiosity, diverse physical and developmental growth, and creativity. This offering was developed for children ages 3-6 and a parent or supportive adult.
Through life's ups and downs, constant busyness, and never ending distractions, we can sometimes become out of balance and out of touch with ourselves. Our latest offering, Be. In Tune, will bring you home to yourself.
Be. Empowered focuses on building a stronger mind through building a stronger body. Together we will BEcome empowered both mentally and physically by combining a traditional vinyasa practice with strength training. Our newest guide Baylee Falk will lead you through an intermediate vinyasa flow that will not only challenge your body, it will challenge your mind to tune into and explore your inner strength.

Be. Free is focused on building and shifting your foundation through the exploration of fundamental yoga asanas, bringing balance and equilibrium to your life through cultivation of a deep practice of the traditional yoga elements.
Be. Renewed is a "Yin | Yang" yoga class which blends two styles of yoga into one BEautiful practice. This offering will combine the passive, restorative stretches of yoga which increase flexibility and mindfulness ("Yin") with a dynamic vinyasa flow that will ignite your inner power and build muscle strength and stamina (Yang).
Be. Intentional is all about being present. We'll begin by practicing a mindful yin/yang style of yoga to encourage balance and clarity so we can make room for real positive change and abundance in the year to come. Then we'll wind down the practice with a guided meditation through the cosmos where we will plan our intentions at the beginning of time and space.
In this special offering, we’ll set intentions to release all that's holding us back as we practice and explore the natural ebb and flow of our breath and awareness.
This yoga offering is focused on being playful and fun to help your child discover and embody their inner nature. Child focused yoga uses poses and breath-work in a manner that will engage your child in their natural communication pattern – PLAY!
