Be. Integrated is a full restorative experience!

In class, we'll focused on using aerial hammocks and thoughtful poses to facilitate a grounding and supported experience. Along with hammock support, your guide will offer Reiki, Essential Oils, and Sound to deepen your poses, encourage calm, and bring awareness to your senses.
