Be. YOUga | Kids Yoga
Be. Intentional is all about being present.
This yoga offering is focused on being playful and fun to help your child discover and embody their inner nature. Child focused yoga uses poses and breath-work in a manner that will engage your child in their natural communication pattern – PLAY! Your child will come alive through poses that tap into mind, body, and spirit integration – areas that need extra attention and care.
45-minute sessions will meet weekly, with each session offering your child a calm and safe environment to help them explore, restore, imagine, and Be. through movement.

Week 1: Acceptance | Letting go of Judgment; Meeting ourselves ‘Where we are at on the Mat’
Week 2: Gratitude; Journaling
Week 3: Shedding the old | Regrowth; Set goals and direction
Week 4: Stillness and Connection; Meditate and Breathe
Week 5: Dynamic Kindness to Self and Others | Positive Self Affirmations; Journaling
Week 6: Aerial & Sound Yoga | Be. Light; Happiness
