Be Gratitude Yoga for Thanks Giving Appleton

Rest your Being with a Yoga practice empowering and embracing your connection with gratitude.

This practice begins with a full body slow flow, guided by breath, and then eases into a grounded second half with deeply digestive supporting yin asanas. The mindful movement and focus on rebalancing our energies is perfect after the big Thanksgiving holiday. As we move from pose to pose, your guide will also lead you through a heart healing BE. Gratitude meditation to give thanks for all we’ve been blessed with in the festive season.

Erica Rae will then guide you into deep relaxation and rest enjoying a 10 minute savasana accompanied by a Cleansing and uplifting Palo Santo smudge.
