Be. Enriched | Story Time Yoga

Be. Enriched is all about exploring our world, curiosity, diverse physical and developmental growth, and creativity.

This offering was developed for children ages 3-6 and a parent or supportive adult. This age fosters and nourishes the parent and child by engaging them in healthy interactions that promote connection, partnership, and growth. Be. Enriched emphasizes exposing kiddos to fun and creative techniques that bolster safe and inquisitive movement, cognitive and physical flexibility and integration to promote curiosity and wonder.

(Cost to participate includes entrance for one youth and one supportive adult.)
