Women's Wellness For Your Well-Being

Wellness is about exploring your well-being! Molly and Deb Sommerhalder will share wellness tips exclusive for women's health and well-being including pelvic floor wellness, pre/post menopause, and discover a new mindset around your wellness care. Molly will lead you through a yoga practice for the pelvic floor to help tightness and rest/digestion of the lower part of your body. Deb will guide you through sound healing using various instruments and techniques, so you can leave feeling nourished, relaxed, and well in your body.
