We’re so thrilled to announce that Deb Sommerhalder is back to guide us in this powerful offering exploring Nidra and the power of sound. Join us to facilitate whole physical, mental and emotional relaxation so you can Just BE.
Our time together will begin as Deb initiates the process of elevating us to a higher state of consciousness with Tibetan singing bowls. Hearing the audible vibration of sound through our ear and feeling the vibration deep inside the body tones the vagus nerve, taking us out of “fight or flight” mode and bringing us to a state of calm. This high vibrational vagal tone is what is needed to maintain optimal health and will help the mind and body prepare for relaxation.

The process of Yoga Nidra is often referred to as deep relaxation with inner awareness. It can help you effectively reduce physical tension, stress and anxiety, clear negative thoughts and beliefs and instill a sense of deep relaxation and peace
No experience in yoga is required as this does not include any yoga postures other than "savasana" or resting on a yoga mat. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and pillow if desired.
