Our Prenatal Yoga Sessions are individually crafted for each momma and baby at all stages of the prenatal and postnatal journey.
This intimate process is used to support holistic and conscious nurturing, empowerment, connection, and strengthening, helping momma identify, connect with and integrate the mind—body changes occurring and the BEautiful bond forming. Prenatal Yoga is a great way to foster and support full body awareness, attend to and connect with breath, enhance flexibility, build and replenish strength and endurance. This process is developed to support the mind, body, spirit experience of a changing body in union with growing baby. We will practice breathwork and relaxation techniques to help you calm, quiet, ground, and energize externally all while learning to attend to and direct your energy and attention inward. Our prenatal yoga experience will help you illuminate this sacred time and connect with your body, breath, and baby in a manner that will support your pregnancy, birth process, and postnatal needs.
