Mara Eifolla
FOUNDER of Rose Wellness | Root Cause Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Mara’s own health struggles led her to her passion: to help others discover the root of their acute or chronic ailments and feel alive again!
As a Root Cause Nutritional Therapist, Mara believes our bodies are innately smart and can heal themselves given the right things. So many people suffer with symptoms but are still told, "It's normal," or "Your labs look good." It doesn’t need to be that way! She’s wants to change that narrative and encourage you to listen to your body and dig until you feel you are living an optimal functioning life.
Mara is here to guide you in your healing journey and get your body back to balance, encouraging you and walking alongside you the whole time. She does the detective work to pinpoint the root cause of your discomfort, symptoms, or ailment, and uses a bio-individual approach to understand your needs, preferences, and goals in order to offer realistic and personalized support.
Mara supports individuals with hormone imbalances, digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, blood sugar dysfunction, allergies, environmental sensitivities, and chronic illness. As the mother of a little one she also has a strong passion for children's health and wellbeing.
To further her learning, Mara recently completed a functional blood chemistry analysis course which allows her to order labs for clients through LabCorp. This allows her to view a client’s blood panels through a functional lens to spot nutritional deficiencies, as well as monitor liver, kidney, thyroid, blood sugar and gut health and underlying potential infections, toxicities, and inflammation.
When doctors say " your labs look good," but you still feel super off, it's usually because through the function lens they are off. Functional blood work aids in the healing journey tremendously, as it gives us a significant look inward and can spot underlying issues before they become an even larger problems.
