Be. Free is focused on building and shifting your foundation through the exploration of fundamental yoga asanas, bringing balance and equilibrium to your life through cultivation of a deep practice of the traditional yoga elements. Balance poses, breath work, and basic poses will challenge you to let go of expectations and accept the present moment. Ending in a 5-minute guided savasana that will invite you to soak up your bliss while cultivating a sense of home inside yourself. Be. Free encourages you to deeply root into the Earth and expand your heart and limbs to the Heavens!
