Join us for this relaxing and rejuvenating Thai Partner Yoga/Massage to let go of some tension from the Holidays Season and come back to your happy routine with positive vibes.

Thai massage is considered an essential part of traditional Thai medicine, along with herbal medicine, nutritional medicine and spiritual practices.

Thai massage is very different from traditional Western practices. It is done on a floor mat with the receiver wearing loose, comfortable clothes. In this offering, your guide, Yelena Foster, will guide you and your partner on how to use compressions, rocking, tapping and gentle stretches, that are some motion as similar to some yoga positions, following the Sen lines- energy lines of the body.

When: Saturday, February 5th from 11am - 1pm
Guided by: Yelena Foster
Cost: $30/person or $50/couple
Min/Max participants: 2/12

Thai massage has many health benefits, such as better flexibility, improved circulation and breathing, increased energy, but it’s not perfect for everyone, including pregnant women or those who have had metals used to repair the body through surgery.

This is an exciting opportunity, and we’re so excited to bring it to you!

If you have any questions about this or any of our other offerings, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

How to Prepare for Thai Partner Massage

Wear loose, comfortable clothes- stretchy cotton clothes work the best. Do not wear nylon or any similar fabric.

Refrain from using lotion before the session - it makes your skin “slippery”.

Avoid eating a big meal before this event or drinking caffeinated beverages.

Please bring your own yoga mat, one for you your partner/friend. A thin blanket or yoga blanket will help you to be more comfortable.

Quiet your mind and be open to the experience.
