Be. Social is an exciting offering for children ages 6-12. This age range embodies a time for exploring social aspects of life and becoming a social being with peers and family members.
Be. Social is an opportunity to just Be. This offering emphasizes exploring our selves and physical movement in the context of others and exploring our body dynamics in a safe and inviting environment that enhances understanding of how we related to ourselves and those around us.
Particular focus will be on inviting the poses in and making them your own and exploring how the pose resonates with you not how analyzing how it looks to others. This offering fosters and nourishes inner wealth, success, and individual strengths.
