Be. Restored is a soothing, balancing, and restorative 90-minute yoga experience with reiki, aroma, and sound assists guided by Reiki Master and 200-RYT Certified Yoga Instructor, Erica Rae.
During this special offering, you will find your self at ease as you are gracefully guided through a series of long held restorative yoga poses. Erica Rae will move through the room assisting each participant find their greatest comfort with the use of props such as pillows, blankets, and blocks.
Throughout the offering each participant will receive two to three reiki assists, offered with the intention of clearing stagnant energy within their being and energy field and creating space for ease, restoration, and flow of energy.
The offering will begin with a sound and aromatherapy cleanse and end with a Palo Santo smudge. Palo Santo has an energetically clearing effect while also uplifting and grounding the energy in the room appropriately. This allows you to move from the space in the same way, grounded and uplifted, with peace in your heart, body, and mind as you step back into your world.
