Be. At Peace is an all abilities, for every body, yin-inspired yoga class.
Affectionately called "lay around yoga," this offering focuses on exploring floor postures to open the hips and shoulders and sink into a deep, nourishing stretch. This provides a unique way to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga without focusing on traditional endurance, strength, and sweat.
Going slower can be helpful in getting us to quiet our minds and bodies. In our fast-paced, high-stress world, this slowed-down, chilled-out class is the ideal way to rest and restore yourself.
