Be. Light's approach to aerial yoga is gentle and accessible to all levels. Focused on using aerial hammocks to facilitate stabilization, increase accessibility of poses, encourage deeper, more controlled stretching, and encourage grounding and movement through space by making bodies light, secure, and comfortable.
