Most Be. public group offerings will be held as an open format, meaning that that member composition may change from session to session. Certain groups may be a closed format, meaning that once the group commences it will maintain the same members for the duration of the group. Open or closed format will be specified for each group offering.

Independent and partner poses will be used to build trust in yourself and in your family, enhance safety in relation, increase interpersonal communication, and to encourage positive interactions.
